Billy is a self-professed email geek. A fan of John Hughes films, he identifies himself most with the Anthony Hall character, “Brian” from 1985’s The Breakfast Club. Billy initially began his career in web development and worked as a backend ASP developer for 10 years before making the jump into email marketing. Since that leap, he has worked on a wide variety of email service provider platforms.
Of all the platforms he works with he enjoys working with marketing automation platforms the most. His true inner geek comes out when he uses a marketing platform to build out complex processes, dynamic emails and customer journeys using various scripting languages.
